We supply you with a stock of our high quality reusable containers, giving your customers the choice of reuse.

You only pay us when you give out one of our containers. A small per use fee replacing the cost of a disposable container. There’s no set up cost or fixed monthly fee.

Here’s how it works:

1. Setup

Download the devolver retailer app onto an Apple device (link below) and fill in the form to register your interest. Contact us anytime if you’d like assistance with this. We will then review your business’ suitability and get in touch. Once you have been set up and received your containers, log into the app.
2. Giving out containers

When a customer orders their meal in a devolver container, select “scanning OUT”. The app will access the camera so you can scan the customer’s QR code, and then the QR code of the container(s).
3. Receiving back containers

When containers are returned, it is important that they are scanned back in. Open the app, select “scanning IN” and scan the container QR code. All done.
